01What you buyA monthly package (Charge, Field or Pull) or a one-off production job, at the prices on our Pricing page and confirmed in a written quote. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
02TermField and Pull run for a 3-month minimum, then month to month. After the minimum you can stop at the end of any month by telling us in writing. Charge and production jobs are one-off.
03PaymentMonthly fees are invoiced at the start of each month. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, TikTok or Google, on your own accounts. Permits, talent and licensed music are agreed in advance and passed on at cost.
04ApprovalsNothing goes out without your approval. You approve each week's posts in a shared calendar and every ad before it runs.
05Who owns the workYou do. Once an invoice is paid, you own the final edits, photos and AI-made pieces we deliver, to use anywhere. We keep raw footage for 12 months and hand it over on request. Licensed music and stock keep their own licence terms.
06AI and labelsEvery piece is labelled Real, Real + AI or AI-made. We never create synthetic customers, reviews or testimonials, and we only use a person's face or voice with their written consent. Read the AI labels.
07Your materialsYou confirm you have the rights to the logos, footage, music and claims you give us, and any permits your sector needs for advertising.
08ResultsWe report real figures every month. We do not promise a set number of enquiries or sales, because platforms and markets change.
